Draft — under legal review

dial0 is a production tool for artists, built by Subrosa Media. This page says what we do with your information, in plain language. Three commitments come before everything else:

What we store

Your account: the email address you sign in with, and a name if you give one. Your content: the scripts, images, audio, and other material you upload or create in the app, kept versioned so nothing is lost. And the operational records needed to run the service: which generations you requested, when, and with what settings — that provenance trail is a feature, it’s how the tool tells you where every asset came from. If you join the waitlist or apply, we store what you submit in that form and use it for nothing else.

Who touches it

We run on ordinary infrastructure providers: hosting, file storage, a database, and email delivery for sign-in links and replies. When you ask the app to generate something, the material needed for that generation is sent to the AI providers that run the model you chose — only to fulfill your request. Today those providers handle it under their own terms; before public launch every lane will be pinned to a no-training tier or replaced, and this page will name each provider. Each processor receives the minimum it needs to do its job. We don’t share your data with anyone else, and we don’t run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete your account and its data, and we will — contact us and a person answers. If we ever change this policy, the change appears on this page before it takes effect.
